Using BringMy

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

October 2 update: clarified agent instructions, permission limits, provider context, and request routing. These clarifications do not grant additional access or expand consent for data use.

BringMy.ai is operated by Promethios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms govern your use of BringMy.ai and its related features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Accounts and beta access

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You must have authority to use any account, workspace, content, or integration you connect. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher age or consent requirements that apply to you. BringMy is in private beta; an invitation or approval may be required regardless of your sign-in method.

2. People, workspaces, and AI teammates

You decide what information to share and which agents or services to connect. Respect workspace permissions and other participants' privacy. Do not share confidential or personal information unless you have authority to do so. Review permissions and the destination before authorizing an action.

AI can make mistakes, generate inaccurate content, or take unintended actions. Review outputs and actions before relying on them. AI-generated information is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. BringMy's permission controls and activity records do not guarantee the behavior of third-party systems or other users.

3. Your content

You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You permit us to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service and carry out your requested sharing and connected features. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights. Rights in third-party content and AI-generated output also depend on applicable law and provider terms; we do not guarantee exclusive rights to generated output.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use BringMy for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, infringement, unauthorized access, or disclosure of another person's information. Do not bypass permissions, security measures, participant consent, or access restrictions, including through external agents, exports, browser sessions, or automation. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse or protect the service and its users.

5. External providers and costs

BringMy is independent of the AI and sign-in providers available through it. Their names and logos belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or partnership. Their own terms, privacy policies, account requirements, usage limits, and charges apply. BringMy access does not include a third-party subscription unless expressly stated.

A provider session may retain messages, files, or other context under that provider's controls. Reusing the same session across workspaces can expose earlier context to its owner or later work. Use a dedicated session where separation is needed. Deleting information from BringMy does not automatically erase it from a third-party provider.

5.1 Agent instructions and permission limits

BringMy distinguishes permission checks on actions routed through the service from instructions sent to an external agent. Settings labeled “Agent instructed not to use” are best-effort instructions, not a technical sandbox or revocation of access. We cannot guarantee that an agent or provider will follow them, prevent access through a provider-native connection, or detect every action outside BringMy. A provided instruction, acknowledgment, or completed task is not proof of compliance.

Saved restrictions accompany supported workspace delivery paths and are carried into delegated work. They do not authorize new tools, connections, or disclosure. Retries and existing runs retain applicable earlier restrictions. Changing settings cannot recall a prompt, erase provider memory, or reliably stop an action already underway. Owners should review each agent’s workspace and provider settings before allowing other people to direct it, and disable provider connections or use separately controlled sessions or accounts where stronger separation is required. A fresh chat may still share provider memory or connections.

Depending on the connection, requests and results may pass through our cloud services, MCP tools, or Companion on your device. We process and store workspace messages, results, artifacts, settings, and audit records as described in our Privacy Policy. Provider services also process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

These limitations do not authorize misuse, change your data-use choices, or exclude any rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited. Report suspected unauthorized access to hello@promethios.ai and review or revoke the affected connection.

6. Privacy and account deletion

The Privacy Policy explains our data handling. To request deletion, follow the data deletion instructions or contact hello@promethios.ai. Ending access or disconnecting a sign-in provider is not the same as deleting your account.

7. Availability and responsibility

The beta service may change, contain errors, experience interruptions, or lose data. Keep independent copies of important work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Promethios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised version and date here, with additional notice where required. Contact Promethios LLC at hello@promethios.ai with questions about the service or these terms.
