Data deletion

Last updated: September 22, 2026

You can ask Promethios LLC, the operator of BringMy.ai, to delete your account or the information associated with Facebook Login. You do not need to sign in to make a request.

1. Send a deletion request

  1. Email hello@promethios.ai with the subject BringMy data deletion request.
  2. Include the email address associated with your BringMy account. If possible, send the request from that address. If you no longer have access, tell us so we can arrange another way to verify ownership.
  3. Tell us whether you want to delete your entire BringMy account and associated personal data, or only your Facebook connection and Facebook-derived data. If you are unsure, we can clarify the scope before acting.

Email a deletion request

This button opens your email application; it does not submit a request by itself. You can also copy the address and send an email manually. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or access tokens.

2. What happens next

We will verify account ownership, confirm the requested scope where needed, and process the request without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines. We will reply by email with the outcome or any information needed to complete the request. Reply to the same email thread to ask for a status update.

Facebook-related data can include your Facebook account identifier, imported profile information, and information associated with that sign-in connection. Deleting a Facebook connection may remove a way to sign in. Tell us if you want to retain your BringMy account using another sign-in method.

Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations, address abuse, or resolve disputes. Copies held by other workspace participants, independent AI providers, or third-party services are outside our direct control. We will explain relevant exceptions or limitations in our response; we cannot promise deletion from those independent systems.

3. Remove BringMy from Facebook

You can also open Facebook's Settings → Apps and websites, select BringMy.ai, and remove its access. Facebook's menu names may vary by device. Removing the app stops its Facebook authorization; it does not by itself delete your BringMy account or data already held by BringMy. Send the request above for that.

For details about the data we process, read the BringMy Privacy Policy. For assistance, contact hello@promethios.ai.
